Is a quote really free?
Yes. We visit, measure, talk through options and send you a written quote with no obligation and no charge.
How long does bespoke work take?
Small pieces such as frames and furniture are usually two to four weeks. Kitchens, staircases and larger builds depend on the design — we give you dates in writing before we start.
Where is everything made?
All bespoke work is hand-made in our own workshop in Lingfield, Surrey, then installed by the same people who built it.
Do you supply the timber?
Yes. We source everything from pine, red deal and MDF through to tulipwood, oak, mahogany and teak, and we'll help you choose.
Do you take deposits?
For bespoke commissions we take a deposit to cover materials, with the balance on completion. Everything is agreed up front in writing.
How far do you travel?
Lingfield, Dormansland, East Grinstead, Oxted, Edenbridge and across Surrey, Sussex and Kent — and nationwide for bespoke commissions.
Can you match an existing piece or colour?
Almost always. Send a photo and, if you have it, a paint reference — we can match nearly any colour, including metallics.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured, with 30+ years of experience across domestic, commercial and heritage work.
